This week brings us no California Homes! Last week we didn’t have ANY homes on the list. Let this be your wake up call: the Real Estate market is shifting! The last 10 days I’ve been bombarded by agents calling on a HUD home I have listed in Pomona for only $110,000! I was surprised to hear how many Brokers don’t have their NAID number (Name, Address, Identification number) which is required if they want to submit an offer on HUD homes. I can’t stress it enough: GET YOUR NAID NUMBER! Its currently taking 4-6 weeks for Broker’s to get their NAID number once they submit the application so please don’t wait until you have a client that wants to submit an offer on a HUD home because you wont have it if you wait! My office has been offering to submit offers on behalf of Brokers without a NAID number (so at least their client’s aren’t penalized for their Broker’s booboo) as long as they promise that they will be sending out their paperwork to get approved for their own NAID.
